6 minute back workout – Hey guys, in this video tutorial of a 6 minute back workout with dumbbells, I am going to give you 4 different exercises to help you get ripped! This is one of our videos in our RIPPED IN 6 series, so make sure to stick around for this 6 minute back workout for men. I am going to break it down for you before we get started in this back workout at home for men. All 4 of these exercises are basically going to be done in one big set. You are going to do 37 seconds of each exercise, and you are going to do 2 rounds with no rest in between each exercise. Immediately after you do your first exercise, you are going to hop back into your second round and all of that should take you about 5 minutes. To finish off the workout, you are going to do a finisher exercise, which is an all out finisher that will take you 1 minute to do. This is a very short, but intense back workout at home with dumbbells. Let’s get started with this video tutorial of this at home back workout with dumbbells.

The first exercise in this back workout with dumbbells at home is the Dumbbell Pullover. For this exercise, you want to make sure that your elbows are flared outward. Really focus on contracting your lats at the top, and get a good stretch at the bottom in this first exercise of the dumbbell back workout. From there, you will go straight into a Dumbbell Row on your right side. Make sure you are driving the weight up with your elbow, don’t curl the weight up using your bicep. After you do your right side, switch to your left side and same thing make sure to get a good full range of motion. From there, the next exercise in this back workout at home for men, you are going to do a Dumbbell Deadlift. Make sure to hinge at the hips in this last exercise of the first round in this back workout with dumbbells at home. After you do your fourth exercise in this 6 minute back workout with dumbbells, you are going to start again with doing the Dumbbell Pullover.

This is a very short and intense 6 minute back workout for men, you just need dumbbells. That’s why it is such a great dumbbell back workout, because it is quick, intense, and you can do it from the comfort of your own home.
