6 minute triceps workout dumbbells only – Hey guys, in this video tutorial of a workout for triceps with dumbbells, I am going to give you a quick 6 minute triceps workout with dumbbells. This workout is going to consist of 4 different exercises, and there will be no rest in between each exercise. Each exercise is going to be 37 seconds, and we are going to do 2 rounds of each exercise. Once you are done with the fourth exercise, you are going to start the second round of the 4 exercises. The 2 rounds should take you 5 minutes to do. After the 2 rounds, you are going to finish the workout with an ALL OUT FINISHER exercise. The finisher in this RIPPED IN 6 triceps workout is going to be Close Grip Pushups. Now, let’s get started with this tricep workout with dumbbells.
The first exercise in this tricep workout dumbbells only is going to be a Dumbbell Overhead Extension. You are going to do as many reps as you can in those 37 seconds, while still focusing on making sure that you are utilizing good form. Make sure to use your mind muscle connection to get a good stretch and a good contraction. Utilizing good form will also help you protect your elbows, so make sure to have good form in this 6 minute triceps workout dumbbells only. Right after this exercise in this RIPPED IN 6 triceps workout, you are going to go straight into the next exercise. The next exercise in this workout for triceps with dumbbells is a Dumbbell Kickback. From there, we are going to use a bench for the next exercise. If you don’t have a bench, that is okay, you can do it on the ground. It will limit your range of motion a little bit, but you will still get tremendous benefits. The next exercise in this 6 minute triceps workout with dumbbells is Dumbbell Skullcrushers. From there, you are going to do a Dumbbell Close Grip Press. Try to avoid using your chest, you want to keep your elbows close to your chest and push with your elbows. After you finish this exercise, you are then done with your first rounds in this tricep workout with dumbbells.
Now, onto the second round in this tricep workout dumbbells only. Do this workout with no rest between any of these exercises, and you will get RIPPED IN 6 minutes. When you bend over for the Dumbbell Kickbacks, make sure that you are hinging at the hips and not just bending over. That is going to help with keeping your lower back safe from injury in this RIPPED IN 6 triceps workout. After you finish the last exercise of the second round in this 6 minute triceps workout with dumbbells, we are going to end this workout with the finisher. It is going to be tough because your triceps are already going to be tired, so the goal is to do as many as you can for that last minute in this tricep workout with dumbbells. This workout is going to be challenging, I promise you that. On the finisher, the Close Grip Pushups, make sure your hands are slightly inside your shoulders and rotate your elbows into your sides. If this gets hard, it is okay to go to your knees and do pushups on your knees. We are all starting at different fitness levels, the goal is for you to finish in this 6 minute triceps workout dumbbells only.
