A: Tricep Rope Ext – 3 sets, 10 wide + 10 close grip (dropset final set)
B: Flat DB Skull Crusher – 4 sets, 10 rotating + 5 neutral grip
C: Single Arm Cable Ext – 3 sets, 10 reps (dropset final set)
D: Standing Alt DB Curls – 4 sets, 10 both + 5 single arm (final set dropset)
E: Cable Bicep Curl – 4 sets, 10 wide + 10 close grip (dropset final set)
