Full Body At Home Workout To Build Muscle During Lockdown…https://www.liveanabolic.com
Are you ready to get a good workout at home, that will hit your entire body. Get ready, I am going to give you a 15 minute at home full body workout during lockdown. I am going to take you through one round of exercises in this full body workout. There are 5 different exercises, you are going to do 45 seconds of each exercise with 15 seconds rest in between. You are going to do 3 rounds of these exercises for a total of 15 minutes in this full body workout at home during lockdown to build muscle. Let’s get started with the exercises in this full body at home workout to build muscle during lockdown.
Exercise #1: ALTERNATING REVERSE LUNGES. You don’t need to focus on counting the reps. Make sure you are using good form and get a full lunge while maintaining balance. You want this exercise to be difficult, so if you need more resistance, add dumbbells to make it more difficult.
Exercise #2: PUSHUPS. You do not need to go fast, focus on keeping your core tight. Keep a flat back and get your chest lower than your hips. Get a deep contraction and a full stretch when doing this exercise for 45 seconds.
Exercise #3: DUMBBELL ROW. You want your elbows to drive the weight up to focus on working your back. You want to imagine that you are squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement. You can hold the contraction for a couple seconds to add more time under tension for your lats.
Exercise #4: SIDE LATERAL TO FRONT RAISE with dumbbells. If you do not have dumbbells, substitute with an OVERHEAD SHOULDER PRESS WITH RESISTANCE BANDS. Use a light enough weight in this exercise because you are really going to feel the burn. This is a killer exercise that works all parts of your shoulders, with more time under tension.
Exercise #5: BICEP CURLS. Make sure to really contract your biceps at the top of the movement, and turn your wrists slightly outward to get a good pump in your biceps. Don’t use momentum to get the weight up, focus on just using your biceps to get the dumbbells up.
