Hey guys — in this video I’m going to take you through an awesome garage gym chest workout. And in this garage gym chest workout we will use very minimal equipment and focus on push ups, along with a few other movements. So I believe anyone can do this.

Recently I’ve been creating a military-style workout program with my friend who is a Captain in the Marines. He is a beast at push-ups. So I’ve been doing this garage chest workout to really increase my pushups. And what I love about this garage gym workout, which I guess you could also call a home push up chest workout is that it really helps build and strengthen the chest in a fun way. So I’m sure you’re going to love this push up chest workout at home. Especially if you’ve been in lockdown, I think a garage gym workout will be a great way to shake off the dust.

It’s cool to note this push up chest workout for mass does use some bands too. And those are easy to get your hands on. It’s hard to have an upper chest push up workout at home, a middle chest push up workout at home, and a lower chest push up workout at home just doing push ups. It’s kind of boring in my opinion. Which is why I added in some neat band exercises for the ultimate garage gym chest workout that I think you’ll really enjoy.
