Guys…are you looking for a chest workout that you can do at home? I am going to give you a workout to help you build the perfect chest at home, so follow along. Let’s get started!

We are going to do 3 different exercises in this workout. Instead of having the gym mentality of stopping and resting between sets, we are going to ramp up the intensity and make it a little more complex. We are going to hit the lower, mid, and upper chest.

It is going to be hard to build the perfect chest, if you aren’t hitting the muscles at different angles. It is easier to do at the gym, but when you are at home you need to know what you are doing.

The first exercise we are going to do is DUMBBELL FLIES. Laying with my back on the cushion will elevate my torso, giving me a wider and longer range of motion.

The next exercise is going to be an INCLINED BENCH PRESS. Use your couch and stack a few pillows to make it so you are at an incline. You are going to be able to get a good range of motion to really work your upper chest in this exercise.

The last exercise we are going to do is HEAD-ELEVATED PUSHUPS. You can just use a table, and this will be working your lower chest because you will be pushing at a downward angle.

You are going to do these 3 exercises back to back without rest in between. After you do the first circuit, rest for a minute before starting the next circuit. Use a weight that you can do 10-12 reps, while utilizing good form.

This is a great workout that you can do at home to help you build the perfect chest. Well guys…that wraps up this video tutorial with a chest workout at home to build a perfect chest.
