Alright guys, I am going to tell you how to force growth in your muscles, especially for you men over 40. I am going to give you 5 powerful tips and if you utilize them, I know you are going to build your muscle. As you get older, you typically tend to lose muscle over time because you become less active. If you stay active and use these tips I am about to share with you, you can prevent the loss of muscle and produce growth. Let’s get started with the 5 powerful tips on how to force growth in your muscles.

Tip #1: OVEREAT. You want to make sure that you are eating in a CALORIC SURPLUS. Every 3 hours, try to eat 30-40 grams of protein. Also, do not be afraid of carbohydrates. You need enough carbs to fuel and recover from your workouts. Have good essential fats, and this will help you with your testosterone production.

Tip #2: UTILIZE COMPOUND EXERCISES. This will help you build muscle and strength, as well as, help produce testosterone. In your workouts, try to focus on working multiple muscle groups in each workout.

Tip #3: PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD. You want to increase the amount that you are lifting, you do not want to plateau. Keep a journal to keep track of your workout and your progress. Put your starting weights and starting reps. Your goal should always be to try and improve as you continue to workout.

Then the muscle grows when it has a chance to rest. When you are trying to prioritize muscle growth, try to have less activity on your rest days. You need to PRIORITIZE SLEEP. At least 8 hours of sleep every day is needed to help produce growth hormones. That way you hit REM sleep, being in a cold dark room will help you get deeper sleep.
