That is why I am going to give you some tips on how to get rid of love handles for men over 50. There are lots of things you can do to lose fat, more specifically your love handles. It can be broken down into a few different categories. Let’s get started!
Tip #1: EXERCISE. Exercise is very impactful on your hormones, and helps you to get in shape and lose fat. Resistance training helps your body ramp up its natural production of testosterone. Also, it is important to make sure that you are building muscle, so that you have something to show when you lose the fat.
Tip #2: NUTRITION. This is the most important part to losing fat and love handles. It is easy to consume a lot of calories and get behind in your fat loss. It can take you 4 minutes to down a 600 calorie shake, which you would then have to exercise intensely for close to 2 hours just to burn that off. Also focusing on what you eat and cleaning that up, will help you lose more fat and just feel better. You won’t feel as sluggish or bloated if you focus on whole foods, instead of processed foods.
Tip #3: HORMONE HEALTH. If you neglect the first 2 tips, you are really going to be killing your hormones. Our bodies don’t produce hormones as naturally as they did when we were younger, so it is important to focus on exercise and nutrition to help increase the production of testosterone.
