If you are looking for a great way to build more muscle and lose fat, this workout is for you. It is a bodybuilding style workout for men over 40, and we are going to be utilizing dumbbells. When you think of a bodybuilder workout, you typically think of volume. Typically there is more rest time between workouts for a specific muscle group because you are doing 16-20 sets for that muscle group in the workout.

This is going to be a push workout with volume. This will involve all the muscle groups that are involved with pushing. It is going to be a little bit of chest, shoulders, and triceps. To speed up the workouts, we are going to add some intensity techniques.

Exercise #8: UNILATERAL OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSIONS
