The IDEAL Home Workout (Safe for Low Back Injuries) – Thomas DeLauer

With everything going on right now, everyone is looking for a way to workout from home using minimal equipment. So this is going to consist of 10 different movements, with each circuit being done 2-3x, depending on experience. This is designed to stimulate, not annihilate, and everything I use for this workout can easily be purchased online. These exercises are also IDEAL for anyone that has low back injuries.
