Hey guys…I have done some other videos on how to increase testosterone naturally. Today, I am going to tell you an exercise to naturally increase your testosterone levels. Let’s get started!
Our testosterone levels naturally start to decline as we get older. Testosterone helps your body use fat for energy instead of muscle, which is why it is important to increase your testosterone levels.
The exercise you want to do to increase your testosterone naturally is the SQUAT. I want to explain how to do a squat so that you don’t get hurt. I am also going to give you some tips on how to avoid injury.
First tip, let’s start with safety…USE A WEIGHT BELT. This is going to help prevent lower back problems, and it is going to help you with your form.
It is also very important to actually USE THE SAFETY BAR. You want to set it at a height that is slightly lower than the deepest point you are gonna go to in your squats. If the safety bar is close to ground, you are lifting a lot of weight and your legs give out, that won’t do you any good. Start with these basic tips when you go to do squats in your next workout.
The next important tip focuses around how to CHOOSE YOUR WEIGHT. Pick a weight that you can do about 10-12 reps with difficulty, and still utilize good form. If you are new to squats, I recommend using a lighter weight and doing 15-20 reps.
When using good form, you want to stick your butt out before you start to go down. Keep your head looking forward because when you look down, you will start to round your back.
The next thing I want to talk about is your bar position on your back, not your neck. There are muscles in your upper back that will act as a pillow, and you want to rest the bar there when doing squats. Concentrate the weight away from your spinal cord.
Now, I want to answer this question for you. Why do squats increase testosterone? It works so well because it activates so many different muscles in our body. Our legs are the biggest muscle group in our body. You also use your core, shoulders, and other muscles. The more intense your workout, the more testosterone is going to be produced.
Well guys, that wraps up this video tutorial on how to increase testosterone naturally using squats.
