This at home workout is a full body workout that contains slider exercises to help you get a strength building and fat burning workout. This is a quick workout because it is only 10 minutes, but you can easily extend this fast workout to 15 or 20 minutes if you want.

This total body home workout may consist of exercises you haven’t tried before. In particular if you’ve never done a sliders workout, give the exercises in this total body home workout a try before attempting the complete routine.

There are 4 exercises in this 10 minute full body workout. For each of the moves in this home fitness routine designed to help you get fit quick, you’ll do 1 minute of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. Each round of the 4 moves in this full body workout will make up a 5 minute round of this quick workout. If you are a beginner, shoot for at least 2 rounds of this fat burning workout for a total of at least 10 minutes. If you are more advanced you can shoot for 3-4 rounds of this at home workout for a total of a 15 or 20 minute home fitness routine.
