This 20 min HIIT routine is a total body workout at home that will give you an intense cardio workout with strength as well. This is an at home workout, so all you’ll need to complete it is a dumbbell or a sandbag. For this HIIT cardio workout, you’ll need a lot of stamina, so if you’re a beginner make sure to take this full body HIIT routine a little bit slower.

There are 5 exercises in this intense home workout. For each of the moves in this 20 minute workout, you’ll do 10 seconds of rest followed by 50 seconds of work. That means you’ll do the exercises in this full body workout at home for 4 rounds each, for a total of a 20 minute HIIT workout.

If you are a beginner, you can shoot for just 1-2 rounds of this total body HIIT workout. If you’re more advanced and looking for an intense cardio workout, do all 4 rounds of this cardio workout at home.

2) Sumo Squat Walk
