This 20 minute hiit is a home cardio workout that you need no equipment for. This HIIT workout at home will give you an intense cardio workout to help you lose weight and get a total body workout as well.

In this cardio workout at home there are only 3 exercises. And these are typical basic high intensity interval training exercises that you’re likely to be familiar with. However the volume in this total body HIIT routine is really challenging.

Here’s the idea behind this at home cardio workout. You’ll set your timer for a 20 minute workout and perform the number of reps liste for each exercise in this at home cardio routine before moving on to the next. When you finish them, you’ll start over with the weight loss exercises and keep going through them until you’ve completed a 20 minute cardio workout.

Since this is a HIIT workout you’ll burn a ton of calories during the course of this at home workout. You’ll also get a full body workout to strengthen your muscles from head to toe.

If you’re a beginner try to do at least one full 20 minute workout, taking breaks as necessary to catch your breath. If you’re more advanced, try to reduce your rest time or you could even try to do 2 complete rounds of this full body workout for a total of 40 minutes.

Here are the exercises and reps that make up this total body cardio routine:

1) High Knees – 500 reps
2) Jump Squats – 100 reps
3) Pushups – 50 reps
