Guys, the summer is supposed to be fun! For men, it helps when you are at good t-levels to help you have more energy and to help you get in shape for the summer. That is why I am going to give you 4 tips to help recharge your testosterone levels this summer. Let’s get started with the first tip.

Tip #1: GET OUTSIDE. When the sun hits our skin, we produce Vitamin D. We need to have Vitamin D for our bodies to produce testosterone. It doesn’t matter what you are doing, do not let the heat stop you from going outside and getting some sun.
