If you’re looking for all the best glutes exercises, this is the video for you. Today we’re bringing you the best glute workout with cable glute exercises, booty exercises with the smith machine and butt exercises that require no machines at all.
This glute workout can either be done entirely in the gym, or you can switch up the booty exercises doing the no machines exercises at home and the smith machine glutes workout portion at home. There are 6 total glutes exercises in this butt workout. There are 2 smith machine booty workout exercises, 1 cable glute exercises and 3 glute exercises with no machines. For the glute machine portion, do 10-12 reps of each of the butt exercises before moving on to the next. For the no machines booty workout, also do 10-12 reps of each move in the glute workout. If the glutes exercises are done one side at a time, do 10-12 reps per side.
If you’ve never tried these glute exercises with cables or smith machine, give them a try before attempting the complete cable booty workout for safety.
