6 Minute Bicep Workout – Hey guys, in this Ripped In 6 video, I am going to give you an intense bicep workout with dumbbells that you can do at home. This is a 6 minute workout that you can do from the comfort of your own home, and I know 6 minutes isn’t long but it will definitely kick your butt! All you need is a set of dumbbells for this 6 minute bicep workout for men. We have a bunch of different 6 minute workouts coming, but for this video we are going to focus on the biceps for an intense 6 minute bicep workout. So, make sure to check out those videos, but for now let’s get started in this video tutorial with a 6 minute bicep workout with dumbbells.
Before we get started with this dumbbell bicep workout at home, I am going to show you how to set up your Ripped in 6 minute workout. There are going to be 4 different exercises that are all going to be done in 1 giant set. It is going to be 37 seconds of each exercise with no rest in between. Immediately after you do the first set, you are going to repeat the set again without any rest. This is going to take you roughly 5 minute to do the 2 sets. The last minute is going to be for a finisher to end the intense bicep workout at home with dumbbells. You want to go as hard as you can for the last minute, but make sure you have good form to prevent getting injured.
Let’s get started with this intense 6 minute bicep workout. The first exercise in this 6 minute bicep workout with dumbbells is going to be Spider Curls. Then from there you are going to go straight into a close-grip curl. Bring them in as close together as possible, and really focus on that contraction. From there you are going to do wide-grip alternating curls in this bicep workout at home with dumbbells. Really focus on contracting the biceps and driving the weights out. Bring the weights up as high as possible to make sure that you are getting a full contraction and make this an even more intense bicep workout with dumbbells. The last exercise of the four is the alternating zottman curl. Really focus on pushing yourself in this 6 minute bicep workout for men, you don’t want it to be easy. So that was the first cycle, right away go into the second set of the 4 exercises in this bicep workout with dumbbells at home.
If you have to alternate the spider curls to get through them the second time, then you can do that as well. Focus on getting the full range of motion in this intense 6 minute bicep workout. You can also utilize this exercise with alternating curls, and when you do really bring the weight up across your body. That will help you work the outer part of your bicep in this dumbbell bicep workout at home. The wide-grip alternating curls focus on the short end of the bicep, which is the ball on the inside. If you find that this exercise is easy for you, then do them both together instead of doing them alternating. This 6 minute bicep workout for men is super intense! The great thing about it is that it is quick, and you can do it at home. Almost done with the end of round 2, which means we will be going into the finisher exercise for this bicep workout at home with dumbbells. It’s going to be 1 minute, all out, and the exercise is alternating hammer curls. Your biceps at this point are already going to be on fire, so sometimes you might need to use your body for some momentum in this bicep workout with dumbbells at home.
