In this video, I am going to give you a great 6 pack abs workout that you can do at home without any equipment. Let’s get started!
This workout is going to consist of 5 different exercises. Before we get into the exercises, there is something you need to realize. To reveal the 6 pack that you are working to get, you need to FOCUS ON YOUR NUTRITION.
ABS ARE MADE IN THE GYM, BUT REVEALED IN THE KITCHEN. You have to do both!
The exercises in this workout are designed to be done in a GIANT SET. You are going to do them without any rest in between then after you do each exercise, you are going to rest for 60 seconds. Depending on your current fitness levels, you want to do 2-5 sets of these exercises. You are also going to shoot for 15 reps for each exercise.
Exercise #1: REVERSE CRUNCH. Focus on keeping your lower back pressed to the ground when the legs are extended, and rotate the hips when you are bringing your legs up.
Exercise #2: KNEE TUCK. When you extend your legs, lean back to create more tension in your abs.
Exercise #3: BICYCLE CRUNCH. It is good to do this exercise with a slow and controlled movement to really focus on putting tension on your abs. You don’t need to go fast when doing this exercise to work your abs.
Exercise #4: ELBOW PLANK REACHES. Keep your butt low on every rep to keep tension.
Exercise #5: CRUNCH REACH THROUGH. Raise your shoulders off the ground for a good stretch and contraction.
