This legs and abs workout is the perfect routine to do at home because the only equipment you’ll need is a resistance band. This leg workout for women has just 4 abs and legs exercises, but you’ll be surprised what a challenging home leg workout it is!

To perform this abs workout for women set up an exercise mat on a flat surface and start with an exercise band around the ankles of both legs. If you’ve never tried the abs and legs exercises I nthis routine, it’s a good idea to try them out before attempting the complete home workout. The first of the legs exercises is the Kettlebell Hold Scissor Kicks. The next exercise in this core and legs workout is an abs exercise called the Front Plank Alternating Leg Raise. Then you’ll continue onto the Side Plank Front Back Taps abs exercise, followed by the Side Kickouts Leg Split home leg workout exercise.

You should try to perform each of the exercises in this core and leg workout at home for 10-12 reps or 10-12 reps per side. If you’re a beginner, try to do 1-2 rounds of this at home workout. If you’re more advanced you can shoot for 3-4 rounds of this abs and legs workout at home.
