This home leg workout can be done at home or in any small space with nothing but a pair of dumbbells. This is the ideal home legs workout if you are short on time, or just can’t get to the gym. The legs exercises in this thigh workout are different variations of lunges. Doing a lunges workout is ideal because it ensure you work your legs separately, which is more difficult so it gets better results that the typical leg workout. Not only that, but when you work your legs separately, you won’t end up with one leg stronger than the other!
There are 5 lunge exercises in this legs workout for women. For each of these thigh exercises you’ll do 30-45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. If you’ve never tried these legs exercises before, give them a quick try first before attempting the complete legs workout with dumbbells.
