If you’re looking for a great leg toning workout, look no further. This leg sculpting workout will help you get slim legs, but more importantly, strong legs. This is an excellent thigh toning workout with 4 leg sculpting exercises to help you build strength and burn leg fat.

This thigh workout contains some leg exercises you may not be familiar with. If that’s a case its a good idea to give the thigh exercises in this at home workout a try before attempting the complete thigh toning workout.

For each of these leg exercises for women, you’ll do 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest before moving on to the rest of the thigh exercises.
