This womens dumbbell leg workout is the perfect leg workout to help you build a strong lower body at home. For this dumbbell workout, all you need is a set of dumbbells, so it can be the perfect gym or home workout.

This is a follow along leg workout at home, so just grab your dumbbells and hit play to follow along with the dumbbell leg exercises with our instructor.

There are three separate rounds in this dumbbell only leg workout, each with 2 leg exercises each. You’ll be doing 3 rounds of the first two womens leg exercises with the instructor before moving on to the next two exercises. You’ll do 3 rounds of the next two exercises before moving on to the final two exercises in this leg workout for women.
