This shoulder workout with dumbbells is an at home HIIT workout which serves as a fat burning workout and a shoulder workout in one. In total it’s a 30 minute shoulder workout and we believe it’s the best shoulder workout for women thanks to its potential for burning fat at the same time as building muscle.
This HIIT workout is also a shoulder workout for women because it contains the best shoulder exercises done in a metabolic format. It’s probably that you’ve never tried some of these shoulder exercises, so give them a quick try before attempting the complete dumbbell shoulder workout at home.
There are 4 shoulder exercises in this at home workout. For each of the shoulder exercises, there is a prescribed number of reps.
