Exercise #1: 30 JUMPING JACKS with 20 SCISSOR KICKS (20 EACH SIDE)
Exercise #2: 30 JUMPING JACKS with 20 BIRD DOG CRUNCHES (10 EACH SIDE)
Exercise #3: 30 JUMPING JACKS with 20 PLANK ROTATIONS (10 EACH SIDE)
This is a tough workout because there is no rest between each exercise. When you are done with all of these exercises, rest for about 60 seconds then complete this circuit 2 more times. This workout is really going to keep your heart rate elevated, and you are going to burn a ton of calories in this fat burning low impact cardio workout at home.
