This full body HIIT routine will help you get cardio and strength training in a single workout. This is a total body workout with exercises to hit every muscle from head to toe. If you’re looking for an intense full body workout at home, this is the perfect place to start.

This total body strength and cardio HIIT workout is 21 minutes long. For each of the cardo and strength exercises in this total body HIIT workout, you’ll do 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. There are 7 cardio and strength exercises in this total body HIIT routine. If you’re a beginner, you can shoot for 1-2 rounds of this full body HIIT workout.
