If you’re looking to grow your glutes, this quick butt workout is a great way for you to make it happen. There can be some confusion around how to grow your glutes. It’s important to know that glute growth isn’t only about squats. If you want to know how to grow a butt, it’s important that you realize that you need to add some targeted glute exercises and even a targeted booty workout once per week. These glutes exercises will help you target the gluteus maximus muscle, the gluteus medius muscle, the underbutt and the side butt.

There are 6 exercises in this glutes workout. You’re going to do each of the butt exercises for 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. If you are a beginner you can shoot for 1-2 rounds of these glute exercises. If you’re more advanced and want to grow your glutes you should try to do 3 or more rounds of this booty workout.
