Guys… this home workout to get lean and ripped is going to be a little different from the normal. Get ready as we dive into this high intensity workout. You can do all of this workout at home with no equipment, you don’t need the boxing equipment to do this. We are not going to just be throwing punches, we are going to be using our entire body in this home workout to get lean and ripped.

There are a few different punches you are going to do. First punch is the jab. Make sure to turn your torso and hips, and naturally rotate your arm. The next punch is the right cross, and you are going to pair these together. When you throw the right punch, move your back toe to get your abs and hips involved. The last punch we are going to do is a hook, left and right. Remember, we are not just doing this with our arms. We are throwing these punches with our torso and our lower body.

Another thing we are going to do that isn’t punching, is jump roping. This is really going to get your shoulders, and obviously this is going to get you out of breath. This is also great for your calves and just overall cardio. If you don’t have a jump rope, that is okay. Just doing the motion without the rope will be a great workout. Another great exercise that isn’t always fun to do, the boxing burpee. Burpees is a great exercise, and now we are pairing it with throwing some punches as well.
