How To Build A Bigger Chest At Home…

Hey guys, today I am going to show you how to build a bigger chest at home, and this time I have a couple of my buddies with me. You don’t need a whole lot of equipment for this workout, which is why this is such a great workout that you can do at home. The first exercise is DUMBBELL CHEST PRESS. It is important to control the weight when you stretch and contract, and that will help your muscles have more time under tension. If you don’t have a bench at home, put a big pillow or couch cushion on the floor and that can act as your bench. This will help you get more of a full range of motion, if you do not have a bench.

The next exercise we are going to do is DUMBBELL FLYS. You do not have to use a lot of weight in this exercise because it is more important to focus on getting a good stretch in the chest. If you use a lot of weight, your form will suffer and you won’t get as great of a stretch. Try not to use your arms to bring the weight up, use your mind muscle connection to focus on really squeezing your pecs together. When you bring the weights up, do not bring them up all the way vertically because that will release some of the stress on the muscle. Focus on having as much time under tension as you can.

The next exercise I look to do is the cable crossover machine. However since we are at home, I made my own cable machine using resistance bands. This exercise is CHEST FLYS WITH RESISTANCE BANDS. It is going to feel exactly the same as if you were in the gym. When you bring your arms together, really squeeze your chest together to feel it in the middle part of your chest. You can also do a DECLINE FLY, with the anchor up high. Doing this will make it so you feel the work in your lower part of your chest.

Another exercise you can do is decline push ups. You can put your feet on a bench or chair, and that will add more resistance to the front of your body making the push ups harder. Another way you can do it is with incline pushups, having your hands on the bench or on a table. Slow controlled push ups are key, and you will feel this in your triceps and upper chest.
