Guys… Do you want to be able to do more pushups? Watch this video and I will give you tips on how to do more!

Pushups are a tremendous exercise, and is one of those things that is an all around upper body builder.

The first thing you want to do to start doing more push ups is PICK A GOAL. Doing 100 pushups is hard to do, but doing that many in a row can bring you tremendous benefits.

Next, you want to do push ups more frequently, at least 3 times a week. Do them every other day for 4 weeks to start. Your goal for how many pushups you do each workout is 40% more than your goal. So, if your goal is 100 pushups then you will do 140 pushups every other day.

You can set this up however you would like, but just make sure you have a rest day in between. You need to focus on progression for the first 4 weeks. At the end of the 4 weeks, put it to the test, and you should be able to hit your goal.

The next tip is to start off the first week doing 10 reps in each set. The next week increase the reps and lower the sets. Up until your fourth week your goal should be to be able to do 4 sets to reach your goal of reps.

When you get to the test day, make your sure you are well rested and have a good meal before your big day. You will reach your goal, or get very close to it by the end of the 4 weeks.

All of this starts with you setting a goal, and committing to it to reach that goal. That wraps up this video tutorial on how to do more pushups.
