Guys… Are you trying to get V Cut Abs, but you just aren’t seeing the results? In this video, I am going to show you how to get those sexy V CUT ABS. This is a part of the abs that is typically neglected, so stick around and I will show you how to get V Cut Abs.

Now, before I get into the 3 exercises we are going to do… You need to FOCUS ON YOUR NUTRITION! Also, if you want to see your abs sooner, I recommend utilizing resistance training for your abs.

The main focus in this video is not the front abs, it is your side abs that give you that V-Cut. The first exercise I recommend you doing is SIDE PLANKS. This will help pre-exhaust your obliques. Hold the side plank for 15-30 seconds on each side, depending on your fitness level. When you do these exercises throughout the weeks, the goal is going to be progression.

Now when you get into the next 2 exercises, this will help focus on getting those sexy V-CUT ABS. Once you pre-exhausted your side obliques, we are then going to get into a HANGING KNEE RAISE. You may have seen these before, the only difference is you are going to be going side-to-side.

You don’t want to rock and use momentum in these exercises, so make sure to have slow and controlled movements and contract your obliques. Also, as you bring the knees up, you want to blow the air out. That will help you get a good contraction for each rep in this exercise.

The third and final exercise is a CABLE WOOD CHOP. You can do dumbbell wood chops or use a resistance band, however if you have access to a cable, I recommend using it. Keep your core tight throughout the entire exercise.

Now to say this again, you can do these exercises all you want…but if you eat poorly, you are not going to see the results. You need to get that fat off your body. Create a caloric deficit to help you lose weight and lose fat.

To lose the fat quicker…combine your nutrition with high intensity interval cardio. Follow these tips and do these exercises to help you get those sexy V-Cut Abs.
