Lazy Man’s Guide To Six Pack Abs…

Guys..I have got some good news for you. Today, I am going to give you the lazy man’s guide to six pack abs. First things first, if you want to see your abs, you need to get rid of your belly fat. Abs are made in the kitchen! Good nutrition and diet are essential for showing abs. Of everything we do, we have 100% control of the food we put in our mouth. I know it is hard to focus on nutrition sometimes, but you need to do it to get your abs to show. When it comes to training abs, I can be a little lazy. What I recommend doing is to throw these exercises in between sets of when you are working your arms, chest or whatever you are working that day.

There are not any specific exercises you have to do. Say you just got done doing some bicep curls, while you are resting before your next set, get on the ground and do some bicycle cross crunches. While doing these between sets, aim for about 20 reps of an ab exercise between sets. That way you are still giving your muscles rest while doing abs, but you are still keeping the blood flowing to your muscles.

Now you go to a tricep exercise. Instead of resting before the next set, get on the ground and do some leg lifts. The great thing about doing this is your abs are also getting rest, while you are doing your other exercises. It doesn’t matter what muscle group you are working, it doesn’t hurt to work your abs 3 times a week. You don’t have to do a set of abs between each exercise, but incorporate this into your workout. You are going to see a huge difference in your workouts, and are really going to see some good results in building muscle and getting your abs.
