A: DB Bench Press – 4 sets, 10 reps (final set double dropset)
B: Seated Cable Fly – 4 sets, 10 reps
C: DB Pullover – 3 sets, 12 reps
D: Machine Incline Press – 3 sets, 10-12 reps
E1: Machine Tricep Dip – 3 sets, 10 reps
E2: Rope Extension – 12 reps
