This side glute workout is idea for anyone wanting to fill in those hip dips and get an awesome glute workout at home. This is a mostly banded glute workout with a few side booty exercises requiring no equipment at all. For each of the moves in this booty workout to grow your side glutes, you’ll be doing 20 seconds of rest before moving on to the next of the glute exercises.

There are a total of 5 exercises in this resistance band workout. Two of the exercises in this hip dips workout are single-leg exercises, so you’ll be doing one set on each side. If you follow along with the instructor, you’ll be doing a total of 2 rounds of this butt workout for a total of a 10 minute glute workout. If you’re advanced and you’d like a longer side glutes workout, you can do 4 rounds of this home workout.
