10 minute lower body workout for men at home – Hey guys, in this video tutorial with a fast lower body workout for men at home, I am going to give you a fantastic 10 minute workout for your lower body that you can do from the comfort of your own home. This is going to be a circuit training workout that consists of three different exercises. There will be no rest between each exercise, but you can rest after each circuit. You are going to do the circuit a total of 3 times. The exercises in this 10 minute lower body workout at home for men is the stiff legged deadlift, a weighted glute bridge, and lastly the bulgarian split squats. So follow along as I show you the correct form in this intense lower body workout for men.
Alright so the first exercise in this 10 minute lower body workout for men at home is the stiff-legged deadlifts. We are actually going to bend your knees slightly, stick your butt out, and then bend down. You are going to do this for 10 reps as the first exercise in this fast lower body workout for men at home. From there you are going to go straight into the weighted glute bridge. You are going to do this for 20 reps, also make sure that your butt doesn’t touch the ground in this exercise. You want to keep it hovering above the ground. If you touch the ground with your glutes, that means that you are giving them a slight rest. Then from there we will go straight into the third exercise in this lower body workout at home for men, the Bulgarian Split Squats. You are going to do 10 squats on each leg. After you do all three exercises, go ahead and rest before you start your second cycle. Depending on your fitness level, rest for about 90 seconds to get the oxygen pumping into your blood. If you need a little bit more time to rest that is okay. Also, really focus on your mind muscle connection in this workout. Focus on the muscles that you are supposed to be using and utilize good form in these exercises.
