Just because you are working out at home, doesn’t mean you don’t need to work your chest. We all know arms are fun to work because you can quickly see the results..but you need to work your chest. That is why I am going to give you an upper chest workout at home without bench? This is a great workout to do for your chest if you don’t have a lot of equipment. Let’s get started with the exercises in this upper chest workout at home.
Exercise #1: FEET ELEVATED PUSH UPS. Focusing on the upper chest, you want to push at an upward angle. It is good to do decline push ups by elevating your feet on a table or chair, which will make it more difficult on your upper body because it is a steeper angle.
Exercise #2: INCLINE DUMBBELL CHEST PRESS. You can have your back upright on a couch or table, and you are going to do an incline press. You can also do these alternating, holding one dumbbell at the top of the movement while one arm moves, and switch after each rep.
Exercise #3: BANDED INCLINE CHEST FLY. Use a low anchor point with resistance bands. You are going to start with your hands low, and bring the bands up toward your eye level then back down. You are squeezing and bringing your arms across your body. You can also do a BANDED INCLINE CHEST PRESS to work your upper chest.
