This full body workout at home is a fast routine that will help you build strength and burn fat at the same time. For this total body workout, the only piece of equipment you need is a medicine ball. The medicine ball exercises in this total body workout at home are challenging, so you’ll want to give each full body exercise a try before attempting the full routine.

For each of the exercises in this full body workout for women, you’ll be doing 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds of rest before moving on to the next move. If you’re a beginner try to do at least 1-2 rounds of this total body strength workout. If you’re more advanced shoot for 4 or more rounds of this full body medicine ball workout.
