The first thing you have to incorporate into your routine is RESISTANCE TRAINING. Just because you are older does not mean that you can’t do resistance training. As you are older, it is harder to produce testosterone. Resistance training is a huge key for producing more testosterone, which means you will burn more fat. The more resistance training you do, the more muscle you build and more fat you lose.

What is more important than your health? If you are out of shape and you need to lose weight, you need to stop the excuses and get healthy. For you and for those around you, you need to get healthy.

The second thing you need to do is SET REALISTIC GOALS. You need to set goals that will motivate you, not goals that will bring you down because you aren’t getting the results. It is easier to lose fat in the beginning, so keep that in mind on your journey to get ripped! Take progress pictures because that will help you see how far you have come, giving you even more motivation.

The last tip and the most important thing you have to do to get RIPPED AT THE AGE OF 50 is NUTRITION IS KEY. You need to get on top of your nutrition! Everybody will tell you that nutrition is important! The food we put in our bodies is one of the things we have total control over in our daily lives. Nutrition can be easy, you just need to start with the basics. One of those things being, you need to avoid processed sugars. Also, you want to avoid highly processed foods. Avoiding these two things will help get you well on your way to reaching your goals.

Another thing you need to do is DRINK MORE WATER! You have to force yourself to drink more water than you think you need. For most people, you need to drink at least 3 quarts to a gallon of water a day. Another thing you have to do is EAT AT A CALORIC DEFICIT. That means you consume less calories than you burn daily.
