This advanced legs workout for women is a home workout that you can do with minimal equipment. This is a challenging leg workout, so if you’re a beginner it may not be the best lower body workout to start with. However, if you are looking for a legs challenge, you’ve come to the right place!
There are 5 advanced leg exercises in this leg workout at home. Regardless of your fitness level, I recommend you try the leg exercises a couple times before attempting the complete leg workout. Many of the moves in this intense leg workout are unilateral exercises, so you’ll need to do the reps on one side followed by the reps on the other.

For each of the best legs exercises in this at home leg workout, you’ll do 30 seconds of work followed by 20-30 seconds of rest. If you’re intermediate, you may want to do just 1-2 rounds of this leg workout for women. If you’re more advanced try to do at least 3 rounds of this best leg workout.
