Before getting into the best snacks, you need to make sure that you are optimizing your nutrition to reach both goals, doing resistance training and HIIT Cardio at least a few days a week.

Protein is key whether you are trying to build muscle or lose fat. That is why it is important to make sure that you are eating snacks that are higher in protein. Here are some amazing snacks to have on your muscle building and weight loss journey:
