You can rest for 60 seconds at the end of each circuit because you want to make sure to keep your heart rate elevated throughout the whole workout.
Exercise #1: JUMPING JACKS for 20 reps. Jumping jacks are really a total body workout, and this is a great exercise to get your heart rate up. Make sure to really do full range of motion jumping jacks to get the most out of increasing the heart rate.
Exercise #2: RENEGADE CURLS for 10 reps per side. You are going to be in a pushup position, and you are going to do bicep curls with one arm at a time. Are you to feel this in your whole body, especially the biceps. It is important to have a wide stance and space out your legs to have more balance throughout the exercise.
Exercise #3: MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS for 20 reps per side. Try to get your knees as close to your chest as possible to really activate your glutes and hamstrings. This is a great cardio exercise, that is also working your arms at the same time.
Exercise #4: BENCH DIPS for 10 reps. You can use a chair or couch, and have your feet all the way out in front of you. This targets the triceps and shoulders in this exercise.
