This HIIT cardio workout can be done at home with just a couple pieces of equipment. It’s the ideal total body workout at home if you are short on time and want to get maximum results. Right now the ability to do cardio at home is really important. We’ve been receiving lots of requests for a HIIT cardio routine that allows you to get a full body workout at home. If you’re in need of a real cardio blast you’ve come to the right place.

This high intensity interval training workout has 2 parts. For each of the full body exercises in this total body workout at home you’ll do 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. You’ll do two rounds of part 1 of this HIIT workout and then follow it with two rounds of part 2. This will be a total of a 16 minute cardio workout at home. If you’re a beginner and you just one to do one round of these full body exercises that’s fine. On the other hand, if you’re advanced, you could bump it up to 3 rounds of the total body exercises for a total of 24 minutes.

PART 1
1) Reptile Pushup
2) 10 High Knees / 1 Jump Squat
3) Divebombers
4) Lateral Jump Squats

PART 2
1) Step Up Burpees
2) 1 Pushup / 1 Row
3) 4 x 4s
4) Pushup w/Superman Lift
