I have 4 exercises for you, and we are going to do them back to back with little to no rest in between. Since we are cramming all these exercises together, it is more time efficient, and you are going to burn more calories per minute of working out. Doing this will also help you burn calories even when you are done working out, with the afterburn effect. Let’s get started with the exercises in this metabolic strength training for fat loss workout.
Exercise #1: Back Lunge with Curl
Exercise #2: Overhead Snatch
Exercise #3: Pushup to Renegade Row
Exercise #4: Squat to Military Press

For those of you with really busy schedules, this is a great workout to burn fat in a short/intense workout.
