This full body HIIT workout will help you get date ready in no time. It’s a quick HIIT workout you can sneak in before your evening activities in just 25 minutes or less. In this full body routine you’ll be working every major muscle group in your body including both upper body and lower body. This is an at home workout that you can do with minimal equipment that doubles as both a cardio workout and total body strength workout.

There are 6 exercises in this total body workout with weights. You can do this HIIT workout at home with minimal equipment – basically just a set of dumbbells and other household items. If the exercises in this full body workout at home are unfamiliar to you, give them a try before attempting the complete total body routine.

For the exercises in this fast HIIT workout, you’ll be doing 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. If you’re a beginner, shoot for 1-2 rounds of this HIIT cardio home workout. If you are more advanced, try to do 3-4 rounds of this full body workout. Four rounds would give you a complete 24 minute intense full body workout.
