If you’re working to get a strong core, this total core workout is a great one to incorporate a few times per week. Core strength training should include core strengthening exercises for every one of the ab muscles. This is one of the best ab workouts for that purpose and it will show you how to get a flat stomach using the best core exercises possible.
This ab workout has two sections. In each section there are 4 core strength exercises. In the first round of section 1 you’ll do 6 reps of each of the core exercises, then rest 10 seconds. For the next round you’ll do 7 reps, then rest 10 sections. For the final round you’ll do 8 reps of each of the moves in this total core workout at home. Then rest about a minute and move on to section 2 and follow the same sequence of reps and rounds.

1) 6 Crunches
2) 6 Elbow Walk Up and Back
3) 6 Leg Splits

1) 6 Split Ball Balance Get Up
