10 years ago I had chronic back issues but I can hardly remember what that's like. I don't avoid my back, I don't do treatments of any kind, I don't take supplements of any kind… I just train my body's ABILITIES. I train every surrounding muscle to my spine, and after training thousands of people I now have measurable targets for each exercise so you know what it takes to have elite ability compared to the norm.
