If you are trying to lose your stubborn belly fat, but you are not seeing the results. Aside from nutrition being a key to your success, I am going to give you 3 exercises that you need to be doing to shed that belly fat. You also want to make sure that you are eating at a caloric deficit to lose weight and fat. If you don’t have access to equipment, these exercises will especially be perfect for you. Let’s get started with the 3 best exercises to lose belly fat.

Exercise #1: MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced..there are 3 different ways you can do this exercise. For a beginner mountain climber, you are going to be in a push up plank position. You are just going to bring your knee to your same side elbow. You can do them for 20-30 seconds. If they are too easy for you, bump it up to intermediate, and do these like a jog. If you are advanced you can do them like it is a sprint. You can also do a cross-body mountain climber as well, where your knee goes to your opposite elbow.

Exercise #2: JUMP ROPES. It has been around for a long time, and it is still being used. You can also do phantom jump ropes if you don’t have a jump rope. Same as the previous exercise, you can add the intensity by doing them faster. If you are using a jump rope, you can do double unders to make them harder. You can also jump higher to make it more difficult as well.

Exercise #3: BURPEES. You can do them where you drop to a plank then go straight back up as a beginner. You can do the pushup version where you do a push up at the bottom of the movement, and do this as an intermediate. To do this advanced, you are going to do the push up and also include a squat jump.
