We are going to go over those items and also give you the 8 best fat loss exercises for men over 40. Before getting into the exercises, the first thing you need to do is PRIORITIZE YOUR NUTRITION!

Exercise #1: BALL SLAMS. This exercise allows you to unwind and let loose. Lift the ball high over your head and forcefully throw the ball against the floor. This burns a lot of calories, and also builds power, athleticism, and works your upper body and core.

Exercise #2: MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS. This exercise is great for core strength, endurance, and agility. This is a great HIIT Cardio exercise to burn fat.

Exercise #3: JUMP ROPES. This gets your heart rate up quickly, and gets you into the fat burning mode fast. You can also do phantom jump ropes if you don’t have an actual jump rope.

Exercise #4: BOX JUMPS. This is a high impact exercise, so if you have joint issues then you want to avoid this exercise in your workouts. You can do squat jumps instead if you have bad joints or don’t have a box to jump on.

Exercise #5: KETTLEBELL SWINGS. This is a great full body exercise to help you burn fat. Keep your core tight throughout the entire exercise.

Exercise #6: BURPEES WITH KNEE TUCKS. To get even better results, we add that knee tuck at the end of each rep.

Exercise #7: SLED PUSHES. This will improve strength, power, and overall conditioning while helping you burn a lot of fat.

Exercise #8: AIR BIKE SPRINTS. You can get shredded with an air bike, as this is a great HIIT Cardio exercise. This exercise will make you sweat, and is one of the best exercises to burn fat.
