If you are tired of holding on to stubborn belly fat, this is a great cardio workout you can do at home to burn more fat. This is going to be a circuit-style workout with 4 different exercises, and I want you to do them back to back with very little rest in between. You are going to be doing a total of 4 circuits. If you are a beginner, for each exercise you are going to do 30 seconds on and 30 seconds rest. If you are advanced, do 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. Alright guys, let’s get started with this fat shredding cardio workout for men over 50.
Exercise #1: KNEE TO ELBOW. You are doing this standing, and you are going to cross bringing your elbow to your opposite knee. To add more intensity, you can do this exercise faster to get more reps in the 30 or 45 seconds depending on if you are a beginner or advanced.
Exercise #2: BENCH HOP. You can use a pillow as what you are shopping over. You can put your hands on a couch, and hop over the pillow side to side. You can stack pillows up to make it more difficult as well. If you have bad knees, this is still an exercise you can do since you are not using your whole body weight.
Exercise #3: JUMPING JACKS. Do as many as you can in the 30 or 45 seconds, while making sure to do the full form jumping jack.
Exercise #4: MOUNTAIN CLIMBER WITH A TWIST. With the twist, instead of bringing your knee straight up, you are going to bring it to your opposite elbow. You can go as fast as you need to ramp up the intensity of this exercise, depending on your fitness level.
