Doing the right abs exercises will help you get a flat stomach, a slim waist and really accentuate that hourglass figure. This hourglass workout has it all because it will help you get an abs workout for a smaller waist as well as a booty workout to get wider hips. There are 4 exercises in this hourglass abs workout. If you’ve never tried the exercises in this tiny waist workout, it’s a good idea to give them a try before attempting the complete flat stomach workout. For each exercise in this tiny waist routine you’ll do 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise in this smaller waist workout. If you’re a beginner you can do 2-5 rounds of the exercises in this routine to get wider hips. If you are more advanced try to do at least 6 rounds of this tiny waist workout.
