This video is going to be a lot less talking and more exercises. This is the ultimate bodyweight fat burning workout for men over 40!
Here is the structure:
– Circuit style consisting of 4 exercises.
– Do each exercise for the reps shown below.
– Rest no more than 60 seconds after each exercise.
– Stop and rest no more than 2 minutes after each circuit.
– Beginners do 3 circuits. Intermediate athletes do 5 circuits. And advanced athletes should increase the number of reps on each exercise, while still doing 5 circuits.
Here are the exercises:
Exercise #1: Bodyweight Squats x 40
Exercise #2: Pushups x 20
Exercise #3: Bicycle Cross Crunches x 15 (ea side)
Exercise #4: Alternating Lunges x 15 (ea side)
